I present to you a piece of furniture with perfect proportions and impeccable elegance. It is a wall console in the Art Deco style (1930s), which has undergone comprehensive revitalization in our studio.

Style and Construction
The furniture is distinguished by its simple, geometric form, characteristic of modern design from the interwar period. The semi-circular top is supported on four slender, straight square legs that narrow downwards. This treatment gives the structure extraordinary lightness and ensures that the furniture does not overwhelm the room. The box under the countertop is decorated with vertically arranged veneer, which is a beautiful, subtle decorative detail.

Professional Renovation
The furniture came to us in parts and was reassembled according to the art of carpentry.
The entire structure was disassembled, cleaned and glued again. Thanks to this, the console is stiff, stable and ready for many years of intensive use - which is rare for such delicate antique furniture.

Finish
Natural oak wood has been stained in a noble, warm shade of walnut and then protected with high-quality hard oil. Resigning from varnish in favor of oil allowed the natural structure of the wood to be brought out. The surface is matte, velvety to the touch and resistant to everyday factors such as water or dust.

Functionality
It is a piece of furniture designed for contemporary, often narrow halls and corridors. The depth of only 33 cm allows for free passage, while offering a wide (123 cm) tabletop for decorations, a mirror or lighting. In the central part there is a practical, deep drawer.
