Unique Pieces: We sell only furniture with a soul, fully restored in our workshop. Each item is a one-of-a-kind vintage piece.

Availability & Cross-Posting: In addition to our website, we sell our furniture on various international marketplaces and auction portals. Despite our best efforts to keep inventory updated, a piece might occasionally sell on another platform minutes before your order. Therefore, we kindly ask: please call or message us before clicking "Buy". We will quickly confirm availability, reserve the item for you, and arrange the details.

The Nature of Vintage: Please remember that our furniture is decades old. Despite our uncompromising and thorough restoration, pieces may show minor signs of age and patina (e.g., small historical marks under the new oil finish). These are not defects; they are beautiful testaments to their authenticity and history.

Payment: We accept bank transfers, cash on collection, or other payment methods agreed upon during our conversation.

Estimates: We provide free, non-binding estimates based on the photos and descriptions you send us. Please note that estimates are approximate. If, after dismantling the furniture in our workshop, we discover hidden issues (e.g., old woodworm damage, structural rot underneath the veneer), we will inform you immediately to agree on a revised plan and potential cost adjustments. We never proceed with extra work without your explicit approval!

Deposit: Before we begin restoring your piece, we require a down payment (usually 30% of the estimated total) to cover the cost of materials (oils, veneers, fabrics, foams).

Materials: We primarily work with premium, eco-friendly hard wax oils, ensuring a beautiful and durable finish. We will always advise you on the best treatment for your specific type of wood.

Collection of Finished Pieces: Once we notify you that your furniture has been given a new life, we kindly ask that you pick it up (or arrange transport) within 7 days. We run a small workshop, and every inch of space is precious to us! 😊

Local Pickup: We highly encourage it! Our workshop is located in our home in Łomianki (just outside Warsaw). You can pick up your furniture at any agreed-upon time—including late evenings, which is a great way to avoid the Warsaw rush hour traffic.

Shipping & Couriers: We are happy to help organize safe courier transport across Poland and internationally. The buyer bears the cost and risk of transport, but we guarantee "bulletproof" packaging (layers of bubble wrap, sturdy cardboard, and edge protectors) to ensure your piece has a safe journey.

Returns of Ready-Made Furniture: If you purchase a ready-made piece online, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. The furniture must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Custom Work (Non-Refundable): Furniture restored specifically to your individual order (custom restoration services) is non-refundable. However, if you have any concerns about the work we've done, please call us immediately. We stand proudly behind our craftsmanship and will always work with you to find a solution!
