Below, in plain and simple terms, we explain what happens to your data when you visit our website, request a restoration quote, or purchase our furniture.

2. What data do we collect and why?
We collect only the information that is absolutely necessary to serve you as our client.
When you request a restoration quote: We need your email address or phone number so we can reply to your inquiry.
When you purchase furniture: We collect your name, delivery address, phone number, and email. Without this, we wouldn't be able to ship your furniture or send order confirmations.
For accounting purposes: If you need an invoice, we will ask for your company details and VAT number (as required by tax laws).
3. Who do we share your data with?
We do not and will never sell your data to marketing agencies. We only share your data with trusted partners without whom our shop couldn't operate:
- Courier and transport companies (so they can deliver your furniture).
- Our accounting firm (to process invoices).
- Our hosting provider (whose servers run this website).
- Payment processors (if you pay online).
4. How long do we keep your data?
As briefly as possible, but as long as the law requires. For general inquiries, we keep data until our communication ends. If you make a purchase, Polish tax law requires us to store accounting documentation (invoices) for 5 years.

- Correct any inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (provided we are not legally obliged to keep it).
- Restrict the processing of your data.
If you wish to exercise these rights, simply email or call us. If you believe we are mishandling your data (though we promise we won't!), you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
