Renovated table, coffee table, stick from the Polish People's Republic, 1970s

A coffee table from the 1970s, very typical of the mid-century "stick" period.

Tabletop veneered with walnut, round tapered legs made of beech wood, stained black.

Tabletop dimensions: 61 cm x 46 cm, height 60cm.

The table has been completely renovated, the old thick chemically hardened high-gloss varnish has been removed. The surface is protected with hard oil, thanks to which it has a satin surface, a beautifully visible walnut veneer pattern, and a coating resistant to water, hot cups and alcohol.
