The solid wood frames are finished in natural hard wax oil, perfectly paired with brand new, light woven upholstery.

Scandinavian Influence Meets Mid-Century Elegance
We are thrilled to offer a complete, matching set of four exceptional dining chairs from the 1960s. These chairs stand out with their highly sculptural, architectural form. The hallmark of this design is the striking compass-style legs that curve seamlessly into the backrest, creating a dynamic "boomerang" silhouette. This fluid, organic design draws clear inspiration from the finest Danish Modern masters of the era.

A Fresh, Natural Restoration
For this set, we chose to highlight the natural beauty of the wood, aiming for a fresh, airy aesthetic that fits perfectly into modern, Japandi, or minimalist interiors.

  • Woodwork: The solid wood frames were meticulously stripped of all old varnishes by hand. We chose to keep the wood in its beautiful, natural light tone. The frames were then sealed with premium, eco-friendly hard wax oil. This provides a smooth, satin-matte finish that protects the wood against daily dining use while allowing it to breathe.

  • Upholstery: The drop-in seats were completely rebuilt from scratch using new, high-resilience foam to ensure long-lasting modern comfort. We selected a high-quality, durable woven fabric (linen-blend look) in a beautiful light, neutral shade. This elegant fabric pairs flawlessly with the warm, light wood.
