A Mid-Century Classic with an Eclectic Twist
Welcome to a piece of furniture designed to turn heads. At EuroVintageRestored (SkarbyPRLu), we love blending authentic Eastern European design with bold, contemporary aesthetics. This is the famous Type 300-227 armchair, designed in Poland in the 1970s. Characterized by its sturdy, A-frame compass legs and high, comfortable backrest, we decided to give this classic silhouette a wild and modern update.

Bold Upholstery – Ultra-Soft Velour
The entire internal seating structure (foams and webbing) has been completely rebuilt to ensure modern, long-lasting comfort. We upholstered the seat and backrest in a premium, incredibly soft velour featuring a bold cowhide animal print. This unexpected pattern creates a phenomenal contrast against the elegant, dark wooden frame. This armchair is the ultimate "statement piece" for a modern, loft, or bohemian interior.

Uncompromising Wood Restoration
The geometric wooden frame has undergone an uncompromising restoration process in our specialized workshop:

• All old, degraded varnishes were completely stripped down by hand to the bare beech wood.

• The wood was stained in a deep, elegant dark walnut shade.

• The frame was then sealed with a premium, eco-friendly hard wax oil. This provides a noble, satin-matte finish that protects the wood while highlighting its natural grain. We never use artificial, glossy synthetic lacquers.

• The mounting screws changed to new ones.
