A unique chair, a real pearl of Polish design from the 1960s - the GFM-22 model, designed by Juliusz Kędziorek for Gościcińskie Fabryki Mebli.
It is a piece of furniture that impresses with its form. The characteristic, kidney-shaped backrest and widely spaced, tapered legs give it lightness and a Scandinavian style.
Condition and Renovation:
The chair has undergone a comprehensive renovation in our workshop, restoring its new shine:
Frame:Solid beech wood has been cleaned of old varnish and then stained. for a noble, deep walnut. We secured the whole thing withhard oil, which gave a satin-matt effect and emphasized the grain.
Upholstery: Replaced sponge, ensuring seating comfort as in new furniture. The upholstery is a high-quality fabric in a shade of subdued pink, which corresponds beautifully with dark wood.
Application:
The chair is perfect as:
- Furniture for a dressing table in the bedroom.
- A stylish desk chair.
- A free-standing decorative element in the living room.
This is not an ordinary chair - it is an investment in design that benefits from values.
