The Beauty of Time and Authenticity
There is furniture that looks brand new, and there is furniture that proudly wears its history. This 1930s Art Deco dining table belongs to the latter. During its restoration in our workshop, we made a conscious choice: rather than replacing the damaged original veneer with new wood, we meticulously repaired it. The main tabletop features careful inlays and slight imperfections in the grain. These are the scars of time that give this piece its authentic soul.

Masterful Woodwork
The tabletop is covered in premium walnut burl veneer with a wild, mesmerizing grain. In the very center, it features a rare geometric detail—an octagonal star inlay.

Restored Functionality
The table has a comfortable starting diameter of 110 cm. As the original extension leaf was lost to history over the last 90 years, we custom-built a new 40 cm leaf to restore its full functionality. The shade of the new leaf slightly differs from the decades-old veneer of the main tops, beautifully narrating the story of its restoration. When extended, the table reaches 150 cm.

Modern Protection
We finished the entire piece with premium hard wax oil. This eco-friendly treatment provides a natural, satin-matte touch and makes the surface highly resistant to water, alcohol, and heat. You can dine on this historic piece without worry.
