About the Chairs (A Czechoslovakian Icon)
This is the famous model H-214, designed in the 1930s by the acclaimed designer Jindřich Halabala for UP Závody in Czechoslovakia. Known affectionately by collectors as the "Lollipop" chair due to its distinctively shaped, wide, and curved wooden backrest. It is a true masterpiece of Central European Art Deco and Modernist design.

The Beauty of Walnut Veneer
The focal point of these chairs is the backrest, which is beautifully veneered in European walnut. The master craftsmen used a book-matching technique, creating a perfectly symmetrical, striking grain pattern on every chair.

How Does the Custom Restoration Work?
The listed price includes the set of 8 chairs AND the full custom restoration labor by the EuroVintageRestored (SkarbyPRLu) team:

1. Wood Finish: We will strip the old, degraded varnish down to the bare wood. You get to choose the final stain—whether you prefer a dark, luxurious espresso/walnut tone or a lighter, warm finish. The frames will be sealed with a premium, eco-friendly hard wax oil for a durable, natural satin touch.

2. Bespoke Upholstery: The drop-in seats will be completely rebuilt with brand new, high-resilience foams and webbing for modern comfort. You choose the final fabric (e.g., luxurious velvet, trendy bouclé, or a classic mid-century weave).
